　　Regular inspection items of concrete mixer truck:

　　對卷揚提升制動器進行檢查并作適當?shù)恼{(diào)整。

　　Check and adjust the hoist brake.

　　對水泵，節(jié)流閥進行檢查，是否有漏水現(xiàn)象。

　　Check the water pump and throttle valve for water leakage.

　　對開式齒輪進行檢查涂抹潤滑油并調(diào)整皮帶松緊。

　　Check the open gear, apply lubricating oil and adjust the belt tightness.

　　檢查混凝土攪拌車葉片，襯板的磨損情況，并酌情更換。

　　Check the abrasion of blades and lining plates of concrete mixer and replace them as appropriate.

　　為了使混凝土攪拌車能夠延長其使用壽命，混凝土攪拌車每星期應該檢查的項目：

　　In order to extend the service life of concrete mixer truck, the items that concrete mixer should check every week are as follows:

　　檢查混凝土攪拌車鋼絲繩磨損情況并在其表明涂少許潤滑油，鋼絲繩磨損到一定程度后，應進行更換。

　　Check the wear of the steel wire rope of the concrete mixer truck and apply a little lubricating oil to it. After the steel wire rope is worn to a certain extent, it should be replaced.
            

　　檢查減速箱油面，油泵油量，檢查各潤滑部位的情況，往料斗滾輪軸承及滑輪軸承加注潤滑油。

　　Check the oil level of the reducer and the oil quantity of the oil pump, check the condition of each lubricating part, and add lubricating oil to the roller bearing and pulley bearing of the hopper.

　　供水裝置要保持清潔，以免堵塞，對吸水閥檢查清洗一次。檢查行程開關(guān)搖臂是否松動，如有松動應予必要調(diào)整。

　　The water supply device should be kept clean to avoid blockage. The suction valve should be checked and cleaned once. Check whether the rocker arm of the travel switch is loose. If it is loose, it should be adjusted.

　　檢查混凝土攪拌車葉片連接螺栓，支撐臂連接螺栓是否松動酌情調(diào)整，葉片與筒壁間的間隙較大間隙5mm并作必要的擰緊。

　　Check whether the connecting bolts of blade and support arm of concrete mixer truck are loose, and adjust as appropriate. The gap between blade and cylinder wall is larger, and the gap is 5mm, and tighten it as necessary.

　　檢查混凝土攪拌站電氣箱中接觸器觸頭情況。

　　Check the contact condition of contactor in electrical box of concrete mixing station.

　　擰開放淤塞，檢查軸端密封，作必要的調(diào)整修理和更換。

　　Open the blockage, check the shaft end seal, and make necessary adjustment, repair and replacement.
