當(dāng)通過(guò)操縱裝置使變量桿向左轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),油泵就開始從油口A排油,經(jīng)高壓油管進(jìn)入馬達(dá),馬達(dá)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),流經(jīng)馬達(dá)的油變成低壓油,經(jīng)另一高壓油管從B口流回油泵。變量桿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)角度愈大,油泵每轉(zhuǎn)排出的油量就愈多,馬達(dá)的轉(zhuǎn)速就愈高。
When the variable lever is rotated to the left through the control device, the oil pump starts to discharge oil from port A, enters the motor through the high-pressure oil pipe, and the motor rotates. The oil flowing through the motor becomes low-pressure oil, and flows back to the oil pump from port B through another high-pressure oil pipe. The greater the rotation angle of the variable rod, the more oil will be discharged by the oil pump per revolution, and the higher the motor speed.
當(dāng)操縱變量稈使其向右轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),這時(shí)壓力油就從B口排出,馬達(dá)旋向改變,低壓油從A口流回油泵。馬達(dá)的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)帶動(dòng)了減速機(jī),從而使攪拌車的拌筒能在一定轉(zhuǎn)速范圍內(nèi)無(wú)級(jí)變速且有兩種旋向。其它液壓系統(tǒng)原理與此相同。
