1、需調試設備各部件、附件及隨機東西應按標準裝備齊全。

1. All parts, accessories and accompanying items of the equipment to be commissioned shall be complete as per the standard.

2、備好液壓油和潤滑油脂，液壓油的油質應符合要求。

2. Prepare hydraulic oil and lubricating grease, and the oil quality of hydraulic oil shall meet the requirements.

3、按規(guī)定加注液壓油、燃油、潤滑油和冷卻水，且液壓油加規(guī)定油面。

3. Fill the hydraulic oil, fuel, lubricating oil and cooling water as required, and add the hydraulic oil to the specified oil level.

4、應對混凝土泵進行檢查、調試和試運轉，使之進入正常作業(yè)狀況，液壓體系調試后應符合標準。

5、調試用自動上料攪拌車管管路管徑為125。

注意：

打火前先查驗機油、防凍液、潤滑油和冷卻水等，發(fā)覺不夠時，應再次進行加上。

Before ignition, check the engine oil, antifreeze, lubricating oil and cooling water, and add them again if insufficient.

自動上料攪拌車開啟后，再讓罐子低速旋轉，圍繞著車查驗輪胎氣壓，是不是有漏氣的胎，再用螺絲刀剔掉在胎縫中的碎石子，查驗。

After the automatic feeding mixer is started, let the tank rotate at a low speed, check the tire pressure around the vehicle to see if there is a leaking tire, and then use a screwdriver to remove the gravel in the tire seam for inspection.

查驗燈光，尤其是腰燈，盡量保障照著車胎邊緣，施工工地會經(jīng)常亂堆放鋼筋之類的物品，而胎側是較薄弱的。
