The engine of self loading concrete mixer can run normally, and the machine can work with high energy, mainly relying on the fuel system to provide power. Most of the time, the engine can't start or can't start because of the fault of the fuel system. Therefore, the daily maintenance of the fuel system should be done well. How to do it well?

1、及時加注燃油

1. Fill the fuel in time

小型自動上料攪拌車作業(yè)的過程中，操作人員要隨時關(guān)注燃油量。當燃油表顯示的燃油量接近“0”位時，一定要及時加注燃油。切忌等燃油用盡之后才添加，這樣做的后果不僅僅是造成柴油機無油后熄火，重要的是會導(dǎo)致空氣進入燃油系統(tǒng)。一旦燃油系統(tǒng)中進入了空氣，不僅浪費了燃油，而且排出去比較麻煩。

During the operation of small automatic feeding mixer, the operator should pay attention to the fuel quantity at any time. When the fuel quantity shown on the fuel gauge is close to "0", be sure to fill the fuel in time. Do not add the fuel until it is used up. The consequence of this is not only to cause the diesel engine to stop when there is no fuel, but also to cause air to enter the fuel system. Once the air enters the fuel system, it not only wastes the fuel, but also causes trouble in discharging it.

2、注意避免燃油系統(tǒng)堵塞

我們都知道，有時候自動上料攪拌車的工作環(huán)境比較特殊，這樣就很容易導(dǎo)致燃油系統(tǒng)堵塞，一旦燃油系統(tǒng)堵塞，就會影響機器的正常運轉(zhuǎn)。所以要及時檢查確保燃油管道的通暢。

We all know that sometimes the working environment of the automatic feeding mixer is special, which can easily lead to the blockage of the fuel system. Once the fuel system is blocked, the normal operation of the machine will be affected. Therefore, it is necessary to check in time to ensure that the fuel pipe is unobstructed.

3、注意檢查燃油系統(tǒng)密封性

小型自動上料攪拌車作業(yè)的時候，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)排氣管冒黑煙，或是發(fā)動機出現(xiàn)啟動困難的狀況，有可能是因為漏氣，所以要注意檢查燃油系統(tǒng)的密封性。

During the operation of small automatic feeding mixer, if it is found that the exhaust pipe is emitting black smoke, or the engine is difficult to start, it may be due to air leakage, so pay attention to check the tightness of the fuel system.
            

4、保持燃油的清潔

燃油系統(tǒng)的故障有大約50%是因為燃油不潔所造成，對于汽油機而言，絕大多數(shù)是因為燃油中混入水分，汽油中的水分還會腐蝕和破壞燃油供油系統(tǒng)元件。

About 50% of the faults in the fuel system are caused by unclean fuel. For gasoline engines, most of them are caused by water in the fuel, which will corrode and damage the components of the fuel supply system.

5、燃油選擇很關(guān)鍵

建議選擇適合自動上料攪拌車的高品質(zhì)燃油，質(zhì)量較差的燃油過濾不良，油泥、雜質(zhì)、水分，長期積累，沉淀下來，容易堵塞油泵濾網(wǎng)，油管及噴油嘴。

It is suggested that high quality fuel suitable for automatic feeding mixer should be selected. The fuel with poor quality has poor filtration, sludge, impurities and moisture can accumulate and precipitate for a long time, which is easy to block the filter screen, oil pipe and nozzle of oil pump.

自上料混凝土攪拌車這類卡車上都裝置圓筒型的攪拌筒以運載混合后的混凝土。在運輸過程中會始終保持攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)動，以保證所運載的混凝土不會凝固。運送完混凝土后，通常都會用水沖洗攪拌筒內(nèi)部， 防止硬化的混凝土占用空間。

Since the loading concrete mixer truck, such trucks are equipped with cylindrical mixing drum to carry the mixed concrete. During transportation, the mixing drum will always keep rotating to ensure that the concrete will not solidify. After the concrete is transported, the inside of the mixing drum is usually washed with water to prevent the hardened concrete from occupying space.
