2、用起重設(shè)備將大型混凝土攪拌機(jī)吊起，安裝四個(gè)支腿,連接角鋼、斜撐、爬梯，并裝上下軌道，使其對(duì)準(zhǔn)放入地坑內(nèi)。安裝大型混凝土攪拌機(jī)時(shí)應(yīng)注意使機(jī)架保持在一水平面上,軌道架不得歪扭和錯(cuò)位。

3、大型混凝土攪拌機(jī)使用前先檢查：送電先按動(dòng)開關(guān)，再合刀閘，檢查操作是否靈；。震動(dòng)器、滾筒運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、撥料棍運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常；鋼絲繩在卷筒上的纏繞情況。

4、一次上料不得過多，按配比上料，注意水灰比。攪拌均勻，一次攪拌時(shí)間不得少于一分鐘，正常拌好的砼，應(yīng)是很稠粥狀。

5、電器部份應(yīng)愛護(hù)，電纜要保護(hù)好，防止損壞。

6、臨時(shí)停軌時(shí)，應(yīng)每隔二十分鐘，開動(dòng)大型混凝土攪拌機(jī)，防止砼凝固或?qū)L筒內(nèi)砼倒出，用水沖洗滾筒。

7、砼澆灌完停機(jī)后，應(yīng)及時(shí)將滾筒和機(jī)外的砂漿用水沖洗清理干凈。
