二、放料的均勻性問題是自動(dòng)上料攪拌罐的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)值之一,它直接干擾著施工質(zhì)量。在運(yùn)送混凝土?xí)r,攪勻筒轉(zhuǎn)速比應(yīng)控制在2~5r/min,在運(yùn)送間距較長也許 混凝土的塌落度比較大時(shí),放料前要先將攪勻筒迅速移動(dòng)5~10圈,使里面的混凝土能充分?jǐn)噭?那樣放料的均勻性便會(huì)進(jìn)一步提高。

2、 The uniformity of discharging is one of the key indexes of automatic feeding mixing tank, which directly interferes with the construction quality. When transporting the concrete, the speed ratio of the mixing cylinder should be controlled at 2 ~ 5R / min. when the transportation distance is long and the slump of the concrete is large, the mixing cylinder should be moved quickly for 5 ~ 10 circles before discharging, so that the concrete inside can be fully mixed, so that the uniformity of discharging will be further improved.

若中途混凝缺水,到工地應(yīng)兌水調(diào)節(jié),并充分?jǐn)噭?盡管這類環(huán)境應(yīng)只要制止,可是那樣會(huì)使混凝土的品質(zhì)無法得到保證。有的客戶在運(yùn)用時(shí)不注意控制在運(yùn)送過程中的轉(zhuǎn)速比,過快會(huì)增.大燃油的損耗,過小則會(huì)導(dǎo)致混凝土離析。因而應(yīng)嚴(yán)苛根據(jù)要求來控制攪勻筒的轉(zhuǎn)速比,以提升混凝土運(yùn)送品質(zhì)。

Some customers do not pay attention to controlling the speed ratio during transportation, which will increase the fuel loss too fast, and too small will lead to concrete segregation. Therefore, the speed ratio of the mixing drum should be strictly controlled according to the requirements, so as to improve the quality of concrete transportation.

三、凝土較大限定不可以高出儲(chǔ)罐的較大方量,是因?yàn)榛炷翉?qiáng)度等級(jí)區(qū)別它的密度也區(qū)別,高強(qiáng)度混凝土一般密度也大,一樣的容積,裝多了對(duì)車不好。輸送混凝土的容積、品質(zhì)及坍落度應(yīng)契合車輛運(yùn)用使用說明書中的要求,實(shí)時(shí)加注潤滑油。

3、 Due to the difference of concrete strength grade and its density, high-strength concrete generally has a large density and the same volume. It is not good for the car to load too much. The volume, quality and slump of the transported concrete shall meet the requirements in the vehicle operation manual, and the lubricating oil shall be filled in real time.

四、露天停放過的自動(dòng)上料攪拌罐,裝料前要先將攪勻筒以放料偏向旋轉(zhuǎn),把水泥罐內(nèi)的積水放掉,確保運(yùn)送混凝土的品質(zhì)。
