　　The mixer truck will run in when transporting heavy load concrete. Do you know how it runs? Here are the steps.

　　1、按所需混凝土配比確定供水量，并調(diào)節(jié)時間繼電器到相應(yīng)的給水時間。

　　1. The water supply is determined according to the required concrete proportion, and the time relay is adjusted to the corresponding water supply time.

　　2、啟動攪拌電動機運轉(zhuǎn)。

　　2. Start the mixing motor.
          

　　3、關(guān)閉卸料門，在料斗內(nèi)加入所需的混合料后，提升料斗，料斗應(yīng)運行平穩(wěn)并能自如停止在軌道的任意位置，若有打滑現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)先將料斗放入坑底，然后調(diào)整制動電機上的大螺母。料斗提升正常，制動可靠后，向攪拌罐內(nèi)投料，同時啟動水泵向攪拌罐內(nèi)供水。

　　3. Close the discharge door and add the required mixture into the hopper. After lifting the hopper, the hopper should run smoothly and stop at any position of the track freely. If there is slippage, the hopper should first be put into the bottom of the pit and then adjust the large nut on the brake motor. After the hopper is lifted normally and the brake is reliable, the material is fed into the mixing tank, and the water pump is started to supply water to the mixing tank.

　　4、攪拌25—35秒后，啟動卸料門卸料。

　　4. After mixing for 25-35 seconds, start the discharge door to unload.

　　5、在上述各項試運轉(zhuǎn)過程中，如發(fā)現(xiàn)不正常情況，應(yīng)立即停機檢查，排除故障，然后再次試驗，直到正常為止。

　　5. In the process of the above test run, if abnormal conditions are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection, remove the fault, and then test again until it is normal.
