已經(jīng)到了立冬的季節(jié)，在這個氣溫較低的冬季，對于混凝土攪拌車來說是一個難熬的季節(jié)，所以在冬季來臨之計攪拌車司機們要未雨綢繆，提早掌握一些攪拌車保養(yǎng)的小知識，下面告訴大家一些具體的方法：

It's the beginning of winter. In this low temperature winter, it's a tough season for the concrete mixer truck. So when winter comes, the drivers of the mixer truck should take precautions and master some knowledge about the maintenance of the mixer truck in advance. Here are some specific methods:

1、攪拌車在發(fā)動前，必須進行的檢查，確定好各部位是否正?？煽浚菟ㄟB接是否牢固，操作是否靈活等！

1. Before starting the mixer, a comprehensive inspection must be carried out to determine whether all parts are normal and reliable, whether the bolt connection is firm, and whether the operation is flexible!

2、各部位潤滑點示意要求進行加油處，必須保持干凈。

3、對液壓泵、液壓馬達，減速河曲等元件，必須遵循產(chǎn)品說明書的要求進行保養(yǎng)。

4、定期檢查攪拌車葉片的磨損情況，并及時做出修補。

5、液壓、氣壓各系統(tǒng)管路是否密封牢固，是否有磨損，是否有漏油，漏氣等現(xiàn)象應(yīng)及時檢查排除。

6、在寒冬季節(jié)設(shè)備每次使用完畢后，應(yīng)排盡水箱及管路內(nèi)的存水，防止結(jié)冰。

7、冬季洗車要打開攪拌車車門，及時擦干水跡，以防止門縫的殘水結(jié)冰凍住車門。洗車時盡量能夠溫水洗車，不要用冷水直接清洗。在室內(nèi)進行是比較好的。因為涼水滴在車上結(jié)冰容易導致漆層破裂。車輛前后風擋下的縫隙也要注意清理，冬天風干物燥有火災(zāi)隱患。

在冬季里玻璃結(jié)霜結(jié)冰的情況很常見，這主要是因為小型混凝土攪拌車車內(nèi)外溫差大造成的，所以晚上回家停車前，將車窗打開幾分鐘，可以避免早晨開車時玻璃結(jié)霜。如果側(cè)窗結(jié)霜或者結(jié)冰的話注意不要打開車窗。

In winter, frosting and freezing of glass is very common, which is mainly caused by the large temperature difference between inside and outside the small concrete mixer truck. 8、注意檢查防凍液玻璃水

冬季需要注意檢查水箱的防凍液與玻璃水，如果是通用型防凍液，只需要檢查冰點的高低。而機油通常都是冬夏季通用的所以無須擔心。而玻璃水要看下冰點以防止因為冰凍而噴不出來的情況發(fā)生。 在結(jié)冰的日子，要注意擦去雨刷片上的殘雪和冰，同時要擦凈風擋玻璃，防止雨刮片和風擋玻璃凍在一起，下雪時夜間停車可以將雨刮片支起來，以確保不會被凍住。

如果被凍住了，不可直接拿開水澆來解凍，這樣容易驟冷驟熱損壞車玻璃。若要除冰，可以先啟動發(fā)動機，打開車中的暖風，用汽車玻璃專用的雪鏟。

9、有條件要更換冬季輪胎

如果有條件的話建議小型水泥攪拌車司機更換冬季輪胎，東北建議更換雪地輪胎，因為當室外氣溫降低時，普通輪胎的橡膠就會變硬，其各項性能也會相應(yīng)降低，而冬季輪胎可在寒冷路面保持良好的抓地與操控性。

If possible, it is suggested that the driver of small cement mixer should change the winter tire, and the Northeast should replace the snow tire, because when the outdoor air temperature decreases, the rubber of ordinary tire will become hard, and its various properties will also be reduced accordingly, and the winter tire can maintain good grip and handling performance on cold roads.

10、冬季用車必備小工具

此外，冬季駕駛小型混凝土攪拌運輸車還需要一些特別的工具以備不時之需。搭電線可以在蓄電池無法啟動時借助別的車的蓄電池來啟動電機，冬季氣溫低使用3年以上的蓄電池電能很容易過低，尤其是長時間停放的車輛上。拖車繩是用來應(yīng)付車無法啟動的必要裝備。另外就是除雪鏟了，別看這把小小的鏟子在冬季大雪時候擋風玻璃上的雪都需要它來處理，如果只依靠雨刷器來刮的話有可能讓雨刷器報廢。

11、冬季停/行車注意事項

由于冬季天氣寒冷，機油會因為黏滯度增加而不易流動，所以發(fā)動機啟動后應(yīng)該緩慢駕駛進行預熱，其間不可激烈駕駛，也不要讓發(fā)動機的轉(zhuǎn)速過高。不過這段時間不必太長，只要溫度表的指針開始上升就可以正常行駛了。

另外熱車以后，不可將空調(diào)溫度開的太高，如果長時間駕駛建議多開外循環(huán)，避免駕駛員長時間吸入二氧化碳而產(chǎn)生疲憊感，而如果需要在車內(nèi)休息建議車窗留一個小縫隙防止長時間吸入一氧化碳中毒。

冬季開車，起步與剎車的也需要特別注意。尤其是路面結(jié)了薄冰的時候，起步一定要柔和緩慢，可以讓輪胎有一個漸熱的過程，而在上下坡的時候也不要猛踩油門防止側(cè)滑發(fā)生，停車時需要注意拉緊手剎車。

Winter driving, starting and braking also need special attention.
